This survey is carried out to a standard format set out by the RICS. It is more suitable for convential properties built within the last 100 years, in a reasonable condition. This report will not detail every aspect of the property, but it will highlight any urgent items that need immediate attention.
The report includes the following:
The general condition of a property
Any major faults that may affect value
Any major problems that need attention by a spcecialist before you sign your contract
Results of damp tests
Any damage to timbers – including woodworm or rot
Current market value of the property
